There are two ways you can purchase.
- When visiting the KOTO shop in Kyoto.
We have a store at Kitayama Station on the Kyoto subway.
Since we are a small shop, we do not have all the products listed on our online shop in our store, but if you let us know when you will be visiting and the products you want, we will prepare them for you at the store.

- How to Purchase from an Online Shop
Please purchase the necessary products from the online shop and enter your address in Japan, along with the length of your stay, in the shipping address field.
Delivery to your hotel is also possible.
The shipping fee to Japan is a flat rate of 1,000 yen.
Please note that a separate estimate is required for remote islands (Hokkaido and Okinawa), so please contact us via email.
Additionally, we may be able to purchase items that are not listed on our online shop if you make a request such as 'I want this' or 'Do you have this item?'
